The September 2026 sitting has ended, but several September-related decisions are still ahead. ACCA lists 19 October 2026 for September results. Candidates planning December should not wait for that result to start preparing a conditional plan: the December standard entry cutoff is 2 November 2026, only two weeks later. If the result changes which paper you intend to sit, check paper progression and available entries immediately after the result is released. December 2026 paper-by-paper timetable

ACCA's centre-based timetable assigns papers to weekdays, but your attendance docket or Exam Planner supplies the local start time and exact centre. Several papers share a day; if you intend to enter more than one, check how ACCA handles the clash before paying.

The table is for the published centre-based session and should not be used to infer that every variant is open in every location. ACCA says it reviews timetables to reduce popular clashes and announces changes at least six months ahead of time. Availability in the booking system and your issued docket remain the best evidence of what you actually booked. Choosing the correct paper and variant

What the September result means for December planning

ACCA plans to release September 2026 results on 19 October, after the September tests themselves ended on 11 September. The two-week interval between result release and the December standard-entry deadline is tight. Before results, identify which December paper you would sit if you passed and which you would sit if you did not. Make sure each option follows ACCA's progression rules and is actually offered in December for your variant. Draft a study plan for the likely option now, and then revise it after seeing the official status report in myACCA.

After a pass, confirm whether a different paper requires a new set of learning resources or whether a related paper can build on what you studied.
