For on-site positions, you must be based in Dubai or able to commute to our Al Barsha 1 center. For online tutor roles, you can work remotely from anywhere in the world.
Compensation is competitive and based on your experience, qualifications, and subject expertise. Full-time tutors typically earn between 8,000–18,000 AED/month. Part-time hourly rates range from 150–350 AED/hour depending on curriculum and subject.
Absolutely! If you have expertise in multiple subjects (e.g., Math and Physics) or curricula (e.g., IB and AP), you can teach across these areas, which often leads to more teaching hours and higher compensation.
We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience. However, recent graduates with exceptional academic records and relevant internships or volunteer teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
After reviewing your application, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview (virtual or in-person), followed by a teaching demonstration or mock lesson. Successful candidates will receive an offer and onboarding support.
For full-time on-site positions, we may provide visa sponsorship for highly qualified international candidates. Please mention your visa status in your application. Online tutors do not require UAE work authorization.
