Role Overview

We’re hiring Academic Tutors (part-time or full-time) with proven experience in IB, AP, British (GCSE/A-Level), and American curricula. You’ll deliver impactful one-to-one and small-group lessons, both on-site in Dubai and online, helping students build confidence and achieve top results.

What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to IB, AP, GCSE, and/or A-Level standards.
• Provide targeted exam preparation, past-paper practice, and actionable feedback.
• Track progress with clear goals, reports, and regular parent/guardian updates.
• Personalize instruction to different learning styles and needs.
• Maintain high academic standards and a supportive learning environment.
• Use digital tools (Zoom/Google Meet, interactive whiteboards, LMS) for effective online sessions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant subject or education.
• Success teaching/tutoring one or more of: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Economics, Business, Computer Science.
• Familiarity with IB (MYP/DP), College Board AP, British exam boards (Edexcel, Cambridge, AQA), and American curricula/standards (Common Core, NGSS, State Standards).
• Excellent communication, organization, and rapport-building skills.
• Comfort with both in-person and online instruction.
• Availability for part-time or full-time teaching; ability to commute to our Dubai center for on-site sessions.
